specialist IBS & gut support

from flare-ups to freedom

NO-NONSENSE, SCIENCE-BASED nutrition and lifestyle support for long-term gut heALTH

Hi, I’m Amy

I’m a registered Nutritional Therapist specialising in supporting women - particularly in midlife - who are experiencing IBS and IBS-like digestive symptoms such as bloating, diarrhoea, constipation, and discomfort.

Rather than just managing symptoms, I focus on understanding what’s causing them, so that we can address the root cause and achieve lasting relief.

My aim is to free you from the worry and frustration of unpredictable digestion, helping you to feel confident in your body and get back to living and enjoying life.

Your symptoms are not random - they are your body’s way of asking for support

You might be here because…

  • you experience bloating, constipation and/or diarrhoea that affects your day-to-day life

  • your digestion has changed over the last few years and you are unsure how to support it

  • your gut feels unpredictable and you can’t work out what’s triggering your symptoms

  • it feels like everything you eat upsets your stomach - even foods that used to be fine

  • you feel anxious about eating out, travelling, or leaving the house because of your digetsion

  • you struggle with excessive or embarrassing wind

  • you have tried cutting foods out, but nothing seems to help long-term

  • you feel constantly tired, pick up every bug going around, or notice changes in your mood - and wonder if your gut could be playing a part

  • you have been told it’s ‘just IBS’ yet your symptoms are interfering with your quality of life and you know there must be more going on

If any of this sounds familiar, you are not alone - and you don’t have to just ‘put up with it’.

Lasting relief comes from understanding the root cause, not just managing symptoms

how i can help

I take a personalised, realistic approach to digestive health.

Rather than quick fixes or extreme plans, I consider the following:

  • digestion and gut function - getting the basics right

  • food tolerance and eating patterns

  • stress, sleep and nervous system load which all have a big impact on digestion

  • life stage changes such as peri menopause, that can have a profound influence on digestion

My aim is to help you to understand what is driving your symptoms and make changes that are realistic and manageable and that fit into your current diet and lifestyle.
