How i work
I consider each client to be unique and recommendations are personalised, tailored specifically for you, taking into account your health journey, your health goals and dietary preferences.
I don’t just look at your symptoms. I will look for the root cause by assessing and identifying potential nutritional imbalances, understanding how these may be contributing to your symptoms and health concerns. This allows me to work with you to support your body towards regaining balance and maintaining health.
I will always take a food first approach however sometimes it might be necessary to recommend supplements and/or functional tests that can inform recommendations and make them more targeted, focussed on your unique biological individuality.
Step 1 - Book in for an introductory phone call.
This is free and no obligation. Once you have filled in the contact form with your details, I will contact you to arrange a mutually convenient time for our conversation. I will call you to briefly talk through your health concerns and what the best approach might be. Following this I will send over a health questionnaire, including a food diary for you to complete before we meet.
Step 2 - Initial consultation
We will meet online for an in-depth conversation about your health and where you want it to be. Together we will create a personalised diet and lifestyle plan, which may include supplement recommendations or test recommendations if required.
Step 3 - Follow up
We will meet online again after 4-6 weeks (but will keep in contact in the meantime) to review how you are feeling, check your goals and update your plan.
